Project Manager

PTI is looking for a project manager to join our package development team who can help plan projects, take technical lead and establish timelines to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will work directly with customers to establish project guidelines, offer technical guidance, ensure proper implementation of project elements, and analyze and report final data.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop customer project framework with projected costs and timelines
• Package development technical lead
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline project execution
• Work with customers to deliver quality results
• Facilitate positive proactive working relationships with customers and internal resources
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Prepare project reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data; recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Packaging
• 5+ years’ experience in rigid packaging field
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in plastics field and/or production environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, detail oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
