Machine Operator

PTI is seeking skilled machine operators to setup, maintain and operate machinery. You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. A great operator is reliable, pays attention to safety and detail and is flexible to meet customer expectations. The successful candidate has a willingness to learn, is hands-on and seeks to improve in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble & install tooling/mold components for a range of machinery
• Optimize machine processes according to work instruction and/or quality expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance
• Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in plant operations, injection molding and/or reheat stretch blow molding
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
